El Roi Child and Youth Care Centre endeavours to open its doors by April 2025. El Roi means “the God who sees me”, El Roi is a place where we provide a safe and loving temporary home to abused, abandoned and neglected children under 12 years old for a period of 6 -12 months with the review to extend on a case by case basis.
We have a house in Valhalla Park that is in need of major renovations to create a loving home environment to our children. We want El Roi to be home to our babies and young children where they can receive all the love, and attention that they need to a healthy, loving and balanced start to life.
