EL Roi Rescue Mission , established in 2020, is registered in Cape Town, South Africa as a Non-Profit Company ( NPC ). Our safe house provides a loving temporary home for abused, abandoned and neglected children under the age of twelve (12) years old.
We are not an orphanage, some children do have guardians/parents and if conditions have improved these children will be reunited with their guardians/parents, otherwise sent to foster homes or children’s homes.
We will also provide empowerment projects and programs to the surrounding community through supplementary RESCUE programmes, i.e. Resources, Education, Social enterprises, Community support, Uplift environment and Empowerment.
A generation that rise up above their adversities and circumstances who will break destructive cycles . A generation empowered and positioned to prosper and thrive in every aspect and sphere of life. A generation that will know their worth, be catalysts of change and forerunners of innovation.
To provide a safe and loving temporary home to abused, abandoned and neglected children under 12 years old for a period of 6 -12 months with the review to extend on a case by case basis.
